MXB Coarse Powder Mill Introduce

MXB series Coarse Powder Mill is a newly designed high-efficiency grinding mill. MXB coarse powder mill is designed based on our years’ experience and to meet requirements from customers at home and abroad. This coarse powder mill is regarded the substitution of traditional mills such as Raymond mill and ball mill, and can be used widely in grinding quartz, silicate, casting sand and sharper grinding sand. MXB series coarse powder mill can grind materials into 2-3mm powder with a crushing ratio 30%-40% higher than Raymond mill. After the first crushing, 20-150 mesh materials, accounting for 70% of the total products, are the best materials for air brick and bacon free brick.

Step with main shaft, bulk disk and roller bracket is driven by motor through reducer. Installed above bracket, roller assembly rates with main shaft and swings freely meantime. This bring a large centrifugal force, which scatters bulk materials evenly in grinding intermediate layer between central roller and ring. The bulk materials are grinded into powder and fall on the bottom, and then discharged from discharging opening under the effect of synchronously rotating scraper.
